My enthusiasm for sure! I have the ability to make excitement flowing with people I work with. I believe collective wisdom is one of the best tools to make innovative projects happen. I believe I am that person who can always encourage our inner power to materialise ideas - even if they can sound very crazy!
How do your strenghts play into the work you do?
I run a non-for-profit platform with a team of 15+ amazing people who believe sustainable tourism is the way forward. As volunteers, one of the hardest things is to keep people motivated and engaged with the community and I believe my positivism and enthusiasm help to glue the team together!
Imagine your best hospitality / hotel experience – what does it look like?
A regenerative hospitality experience where the principles of regeneration are embedded in every single detail. From architecture, to supply chain (where to source food is key!), impact in the local community and a holistic experience for the guest going way beyond an overnight stay to something transformative and memorable!
What brings you the greatest joy at work?
The greatest joy comes when someone write to us waiting to become part of our platform because they share our same values and want to be part of the transition to a better tourism sector.
My advice for women in hospitality and travel-tech:
Network as much as you can and join movements where you identify yourself with the values they promote. Together we can change the world!
