Part os our amazing team and collaborators were participating, a few days ago, in this crucial forum leaded by Swiss Education Group.
On November 16th & 17th I had the pleasure to represent WHTT in the 24th edition of The Virtual International Recruitment Forum. I have shared insights on sustainability, SDGs and community-based tourism in the "Hospitality: Customer and Community Service, a Regenerative Approach" panel together with Jordi Sala from the Hotel Arts Barcelona - The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. in one of the largest hospitality career events in Europe.
The aim was to inspire leaders of tomorrow to use the Hospitality Industry as a force for good. I shared an insightful talk on Service and Significance: find the full presentation here.
In our presentation, we have analyze services in the tourism industry from the first steps towards a regenerative approach that includes above all the negative impacts that occur on an environmental and social level.
